Clear and fair evaluation
Live Project Program Rewards & Evaluation Terms
These terms explain how eligible participants are evaluated and how the Top 3 performer rewards are decided.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Reward summary
The Top 3 eligible performers, considered together, may receive rewards with a combined total value of up to ₹10,000. This is not ₹10,000 for each winner.
Rewards may include a ChatGPT Plus subscription, Claude Pro subscription, Amazon Gift Voucher, or another item of comparable programme value. The final allocation and reward value for each selected performer may differ.
2. Who is eligible
- The participant must be registered for the applicable EWB Courses live project programme.
- The participant must meet the attendance, project submission and presentation requirements communicated for that batch.
- Submitted work must be the participant's own work. Any permitted use of AI tools or external resources must follow the trainer's instructions.
- The participant must follow programme rules and maintain professional conduct.
3. Evaluation criteria
Eligible participants are evaluated using the following factors:
- Completion and correctness of the project
- Practical application of the skills taught during the programme
- Problem-solving, originality and quality of execution
- Ability to explain, demonstrate and present the project
- Consistency, participation, responsiveness to feedback and timely submission
4. Selection process
EWB Courses or its appointed evaluators will review eligible work using the criteria above. If two or more participants perform similarly, project quality, presentation, timely completion and response to feedback may be used as tie-breakers.
Evaluation decisions are made in good faith based on the submitted work and programme participation records available to the evaluation team.
5. Results and reward fulfilment
- Selected performers will be contacted through the email address or phone number provided during registration.
- The reward type, individual allocation and fulfilment method will be communicated to the selected performers.
- Rewards are performance-based and are not guaranteed merely by registering, paying the programme fee or attending sessions.
- Rewards are not exchangeable for cash unless EWB Courses expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
6. Disqualification and programme changes
Plagiarism, false information, impersonation, serious misconduct, manipulation of submissions or failure to meet the communicated requirements may result in disqualification.
If circumstances outside reasonable control affect a listed reward, EWB Courses may provide a reasonable alternative while keeping the combined reward value within the stated limit. Any material programme change will be communicated to affected participants.
7. Optional programme
This paid skill-development programme is optional. Choosing to join or not join does not affect a student's ongoing free internship or certificate eligibility.
